Indie-rockers Ash and The Subways have joined forces for a limited 7in vinyl release, Oh Yeah Squared, as they prepare to embark on a co-headline tour of the UK and Europe.
Each band covers each other’s Oh Yeah single on a special 7in single which is strictly limited to 1,000 copies and will never be repressed.
Ash vs The Subways
The Subways take on Ash’s 1996 ode to summer romance – available to stream now – while Ash cover The Subways’ 2005 single dedicated to those teenage years, set for streaming release in November.
In honour of the original 7in singles which were on white (The Subways) and yellow (Ash) vinyl, this record will come in yellow and white in clear vinyl.
The vinyl will be available on the forthcoming tour, with just a few copies available via the Alcopop! Records site HERE.
