Manchester Punk Festival has today announced its first batch of bands for its 10th anniversary in 2025.
And the headliners will be none other than Philadelphia punks The Menzingers, who will be making their first appearance at MPF.
Also appearing for the first time are Californian band Strung Out, Italian ska crew Talco, Canadian band Single Mothers, who were due to appear this year but had to cancel, while fellow Canadians Belvedere, will be making their third appearance.
Also making his long-awaited MPF debut is Franz Nicolay (The Hold Steady/The World Inferno Friendship Society).
MPF 2025 will take place from 18-20 April at seven venues across Manchester city centre: The Union, Gorilla, The Bread Shed, Rebellion, The Zombie Shack, Yes and Sandbar.
Other bands confirmed so far are The Chisel, The Restarts, Call Me Malcolm, Onsind, Faintest Idea, Roughneck Riot, Bratakus, For I Am, Pussy Liquor, Drunktank, Jodie Faster, Abraskadabra, The Sewer Cats, Burnt Tapes, Jawless, Fast Blood, Electric Press, Sunliner, Mark Murphy & The Meds, Alldeepends, Back Teeth, The Carolyn, Packers, Mudclub, Mere Amore and Feign.
