Echo & the Bunnymen<\/a><\/strong>, one of the most influential British bands of the last 40 years, have rescheduled their forthcoming UK and Ireland tour until 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formed in Liverpool in 1978, the band became one of the most popular of the post-punk era. They were due to play 20 dates in May and June 2021, but have had to rearrange them due to continuing coronavirus restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dates will now take place in February and March 2022, with fans who have already bought tickets advised to keep them safe, as they will remain valid for the rescheduled shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour will celebrate the songs that have brought the band nine Top 20 albums during their 40-year career, and a string of Top 20 hits, including The Killing Moon, The Back of Love, Never Stop, Seven Seas and Nothing Lasts Forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
