Australian punk rock quartet Amyl & The Sniffers<\/strong> have today announced a big UK\/EU tour, hot on the heels of their first new music in almost three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

New single U Should Not Be Doing That <\/em>debuted as Jack Saunders\u2019 Hottest Record on Radio 1 and immediately hit the BBC 6 Music A-List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band played an explosive headline set at Bearded Theory on Sunday, literally framed in fireworks, before travelling to London for a wild and sweaty show at The Scala last night, which was only announced two weeks ago and sold out in three minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amyl and The Sniffers have now announced a full UK\/European tour for November, with tickets going on sale at 10am this Friday, May 31 from amylandthesniffers.com<\/a><\/strong>. Fans can sign up to the mailing list for pre-sale access this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new single was recorded with Nick Launay (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and is the first new music from the Melbourne foursome since 2021 album Comfort To Me<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

U Should Not Be Doing That <\/em>has hints of The Stones’ Miss You<\/em>, a whiff of Detroit garage grit, topped by distinctive vocals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
